Troubleshoot a property stuck pending approval

Before you start

Property visibility is required. Approval uses real_property_approval View and Approval; ordinary status changes require property Edit.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the relevant Property Status, Account Status or Approvals workspace.
  2. Check staff require_approvals, approval-manager/capability, current status and pending table filters.
  3. A user can be marked approval manager but still require the registered capability/menu access.
  4. The property status, approval result or note is retained on the intended record.
