Change a property listing status
Use the status action from the property detail/register.
Before you start
Property visibility is required. Approval uses real_property_approval View and Approval; ordinary status changes require property Edit.
Follow these steps
- Open the relevant Property Status, Account Status or Approvals workspace.
- Use the status action from the property detail/register.
- property_listing_status_mark_as receives status, ID and type.
- Use the displayed action for this task and verify the resulting status or note.

- Supported listing status values are pending, new, active, closed_sale, pending_sale, sold, rented, temp_off_market, expired and withdrawn. Choose the matching visible label; do not type an invented status.
