Before you start

Property visibility is required. Approval uses real_property_approval View and Approval; ordinary status changes require property Edit.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the relevant Property Status, Account Status or Approvals workspace.
  2. Apply the supported sold status and verify sale amount/date evidence.
  3. Sold status updates status-related date fields and can record amount in activity/status data.
  4. Use the displayed action for this task and verify the resulting status or note.

Fields, rules and limits

  • Sold status updates status-related date fields and can record amount in activity/status data.
  • Supported listing status values are pending, new, active, closed_sale, pending_sale, sold, rented, temp_off_market, expired and withdrawn. Choose the matching visible label; do not type an invented status.

Check it worked

The property status, approval result or note is retained on the intended record.

If something does not look right

If the expected result is missing, check the saved record, the current workspace and the action’s permissions. Record the exact validation message; do not repeat a state-changing action until you know whether the first attempt saved.
