Property visibility is required. Approval uses real_property_approval View and Approval; ordinary status changes require property Edit.

- The approval action approves the selected listing. A separate reject/return workflow is not established by the current approval handler. Leave an unsuitable property pending and arrange correction; use ordinary status controls only when authorised and appropriate.
