  1. Open the Search Clients & Leads tab.
  2. Select the customer from Select Recipient.
  3. Choose a template or enter Subject and Letter PDF Content manually.
  4. Choose whether the client must e-sign.
  5. Optionally add an email cover note and one enclosure.
  6. Select Send Letter & Generate PDF.
  7. Verify the new row, PDF and email status in Sent Letters History.
