Where to goRenewal notification email → protected renewal link → sign in as the named recipient

Before you start

Use the renewal link as the named active recipient and sign in with the intended account. Staff Compliance permissions are not required merely to submit evidence through this recipient workflow.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the renewal link from the notification and sign in with the named active recipient account.
  2. Check the displayed property and compliance reference.
  3. Select the complete source evidence and enter the required submission details.
  4. Submit once and retain the confirmation; staff review it in Renewal Submissions.

Fields, rules and limits

  • The renewal URL is a protected recipient workflow: the named active recipient must sign in. Possessing or forwarding the URL alone does not grant upload access. Use the intended account and check the property/reference before submitting.

Check it worked

The linked entity, saved state, dates and evidence match the intended task.

If something does not look right

If the expected result is missing, check the saved record, the current workspace and the action’s permissions. Record the exact validation message; do not repeat a state-changing action until you know whether the first attempt saved.

Questions and answers

Does a parsed document count as approved?

No. Parsing supplies suggested values. A reviewer must verify the linked entity, evidence and required fields, then use the separate approval action.

Is the generated PDF the original certificate?

No. The system PDF reflects the saved compliance record or notification. Open the original source evidence separately when checking the document supplied.
